About the Clinic

The Dream Center Clinic provides free routine outpatient health and wellness services to the medically underserved residents of North Charleston and Hanahan communities. Must be between the ages of 18 and 65.Must live in North Charleston, Hanahan, or West Ashley.         (exception: neurology patients accepted from all over state of SC)Must not have any form of health insurance.Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household. Work Hour   Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
